Hear Empowerment Stories

Coach Williams stands out as one of the finest coaches I've had the opportunity to work with during summer track. His expertise and knowledge of the sport heightened my ambition to compete in track and field at the highest level. He had faith in my abilities and taught me valuable techniques that propelled my career forward.

My mechanics needed a vast amount of work in High School but he took the time to teach me the fundamentals of sprinting and the value of proper biomechanics. The importance of high knees and proper arm swing traveled with me to LSU and remain with me to this day as a pro. Today, as a Professional track & field athlete, LSU graduate & former Nike Athlete, I'm focused on LA 2028 and dedicated to making my Olympic dreams a reality: winning gold & shattering world records!
